Change of mind?
Just make sure the product is unopened, still in its original packaging, in its original condition, and returned to Cryptic Battlefield at your cost within 30 days of purchase. We’ll issue your refund as store credit. 

Not what I ordered!
Let us know right away and our Team will assist!

The product is faulty
Give the team a call and they will co-ordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. 

Pre-order deposits
As a small business, carrying pre-ordered stock that wouldn't have usually been on our shelves is tricky! Please make sure this is an item that you want as unfortunately we will be unable to refund deposits on pre-orders.
