Event Details:

• Event Title: Clash at the Coast III
• Date: 25th-26th April 2026
• Time: Registration begins at 830 AM, Event starts promptly at 9:00 AM
• Location: Shoalhaven Veteran and Family Hub, 124 Wallace Street, Nowra 2541
• Duration: 5 Rounds, with 2 hours 30 minutes per game, Day 1 will be 3 games, Day 2 will be 2 games
• Breaks: 15 minutes between games, 1 hour for lunch break per day 
-BBQ Lunch will be Available.

Entry Requirements:

• Entry Fee: $65 per participant ($45 per ticket will be donated to support the Shoalhaven Veteran and Family Hub, 
• Registration Time: 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM
Tournament Format:
• Game System: Conquest: Last Argument of Kings
• Army Size: 2000 points
• Rounds: 5 Rounds over 2 days
• Game Length: 2 hours 30 minutes per game
• Scoring: mission based, awards for best sport, best painted as tallied by community votes.

Schedule:
Day 1
• 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Registration and Submission of Army Lists
• 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Round 1
• 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Lunch Break
• 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Round 2
• 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Round 3

Day 2
• 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Round 4
• 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Lunch Break
• 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Round 5

Player Requirements:
• Participants must bring:
o 2000-point army
o Dice and measuring tape
o Two printed copies of their army list
o Two objective markers (cavalry stands can be used to create markers)
THERE IS NO PAINTING REQUIREMENT HOWEVER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE LUCKY DOOR PRIZES YOU WILL NEED TO BE PAINTED
